Once a year, members from every city, every background, every Circle
gather under the open sky. No walls. No stage. Just humanity.
The Convergence is not a conference, a festival, or a rally. It is a living expression of the OpenSky Code. Three days of practice, dialogue, and shared humanity in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Each morning begins before sunrise with group open-eyed breathing. Watching the sky shift from darkness to light — together. The most powerful moment of the Convergence.
Large and small group Circles run throughout each day. Strangers become Circle members. Circle members become family. The boundaries that brought you here begin to dissolve.
Honest, moderated conversations on the questions that matter most — caste, religion, gender, science, meaning. No speakers on pedestals. Voices in circles.
All meals are shared — inspired by Sikhism's Langar. Every person cooks, every person serves, every person eats together. No hierarchy at the table. No exceptions.
After dark, we gather under the stars for music, storytelling, and silence. The oldest form of human gathering — fire, sky, and honest voices.
Every Convergence ends with each attendee committing to plant or grow a Circle in their city. You leave not just transformed — but carrying the seed of transformation home.
This is the shape of a Convergence. Specific sessions and speakers are announced closer to the event.
First light. Group open-eyed breathing. The sky as teacher.
The first shared meal. Sit beside a stranger.
The full gathering forms one large Circle. Each person shares one word for why they came.
Breakout Circles of 10 to 15, mixing cities, backgrounds, and beliefs.
Personal stories of boundary-crossing shared under the stars.
Watching the sunrise. In silence. Together.
Structured dialogue sessions across multiple themes: caste, gender, religion, science, and inner freedom.
Eat. Walk. Rest. Talk to someone you've never met.
Pairs of strangers walk together for one hour in nature. One question, no answers required.
Music from many traditions. Then deep, shared silence under the stars.
The last sunrise together. The most treasured of the three.
Each attendee publicly names the Circle they will start or grow when they return home.
The full gathering forms one Circle again. Each person shares one word for what they are carrying home.
The last shared table. Then back to the world, changed.
